This new library building replaces the two branches which served Billingham - one close by in the town centre (Rosebery Library) and one in the older part of the community about a mile away. Both were closed in December 2014 and the new building opened in January 2015. The library is co-located with a Council Customer Contact Centre and with Billingham Town Council.
